Once your order is processed, it is shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Please note that during holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

• United States: 7–15 business days
• International Orders: 10–25 business days

Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This is normal for dropshipping and helps ensure faster delivery from multiple suppliers.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Restored Grace is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [REFINING FAITH COMPANY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@your-store.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
