No Refunds — Store Credit Only

Refining Faith Company does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which may be used toward a future purchase.

Return Eligibility for Store Credit
To qualify for store credit, the following conditions must be met:

Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect may be subject to a restocking fee. Store credit will be issued only after the item is received and inspected.

Because Refining Faith Company operates as a dropshipping boutique, items ship directly from our suppliers. Variations in packaging or multiple shipments may occur and are not considered defects.
Chargebacks & Disputes
